AUSTIN, Texas – July 25, 2008 – Zilker Labs, Inc., a leading provider of high-efficiency digital power ICs, announced today that Samsung Ventures, a Samsung Electronics’ venture organization, has invested in the company for an undisclosed amount. Samsung Venture Investment joins as a strategic investor participating in this round of funding. The capital raised will fund the ongoing growth and development of Zilker Labs Digital-DC™ power conversion IC product family targeted
at embedded applications such as datacom, telecom, industrial control and other rack-based electronic systems.
