AUSTIN, Texas – January 8, 2008– Zilker Labs, Inc., today announced that Ken Bass has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Mr. Bass will oversee Zilker Labs’ global sales effort and customer relationships. He will also focus on expanding the company’s world-wide efforts with strategic accounts as Zilker Labs continues to grow globally.

Ken has more than 27 years of experience in engineering, R&D, sales and marketing at various semiconductor, distributor and manufacturer rep companies.  Past roles include positions at Mostek, Dallas Semiconductor, Unique Technologies (distribution channel) and Millennium Technical Sales (rep channel).  Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
