AUSTIN, Texas - April 11, 2006 - Zilker Labs, Inc., today announced that Shari Joseph has joined the company as chief financial officer. In this role, she oversees Zilker Labs’ finance and human resources departments. Ms. Joseph has served as a financial consultant for Zilker Labs since 2003.
“Shari has extensive experience in managing the finances of a growing semiconductor business and is already very familiar with Zilker Labs’ team since she has been advising us for several years,” said Bob Bridge, Zilker Labs’ president and chief executive officer. “We are pleased to formalize her position within the company.”
Ms. Joseph brings more than 20 years of high-technology business and financial management experience to Zilker Labs, including extensive experience with both public and privately-held companies. Her previous experience includes positions at Motorola’s Semiconductor Products Sector (now Freescale Semiconductor) and numerous interim CFO positions at technology startup companies through Bridgepoint Consulting. Ms. Joseph holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
