Zilker Labs was audited in December 2005 by NSF-ISR. The ISO 9001:2000 standard provides guidelines designed to ensure that an organization operates in a manner that leads to high-quality products and enhanced customer satisfaction. All areas of an organization are reviewed during an audit to measure compliance with the guidelines set forth in the standard. Companies are assessed annually and ISO certification is a validation to customers of the stability and readiness of an organization to provide optimal products and support.
